Ok, if some play epic proprotion on a 1/1 = 6/6
then attack

then i play wings of vile - making the enchanted creature a 4/4

does the entire creature become a 4/4? instea of a 9/9?

If you play Wings of Velis Vel in response to your own epic proportions, then yes the 1/1 becomes a 9/9

Does that cover the enchanted effect?

yeah. Either way, if u played the wings after, it is a 9/9

wings resolved, making it a 4/4. Then epic res giving it +5/+5. it becomes 9/9. u gave the guy a 9/9 flying trampler. WTGO

wings make it a 4/4, but its still enchanted by the enchantment granting bonus.

rules-explanation:
wings apply in layer 6b making it 4/4
the aura makes it bigger in layer 6d (static abilitiess..+- .) so it ends up 9/9

note it matters whether the 2nd effect is statis (auras and enchantments) or temporary (giant growth-like "until end of X" ) - in case its a giant growth-like effect, it apples in same layer as wings and timestamps will matter
