nice banned deck man

Ditto.

I was going to tell you to not be so hard on him, like maybe he's a newbie or something...until I saw his 825 posts.

The banned/restricted list is a good place to check before building decks, you know. Wink

its of no consequence I am the OP and I specifically stated that within my community we play magic casually and do not limit ourselves to restrictions and banlists. I was merely asking to see the possiblities.

I've read dark confidant I dont see how you can win by summoning out him and the marauders and walls...

I think I see what he means.

Flash in Protean Hulk and grab all four copies of Disciple of the Vault, all four copies of Phyrexian Marauder and all four copies of Shifting Wall. PM and SW, both of which costs X, has CMC = 0, so they can all be fetched and put into play...but since they come into play with no counters, they are all 0/0, and they go into the graveyard due to checking of SBEs, which in turn trigger the DotVs.

However if the opponent has a life total more than 32 then it will become very hard to kill him using this combo.

The only thing I am curious is whether this will work, considering they are all put into play at the same time. Rolling Eyes

It would be hard to be at more than 32 life by turn 2, 3, or 4... if u go past that, u should prlly be dead anyways.

can anyone confirm that opting to go the sliver route can help with the consistency of the deck? and while i see the reveillark version can potentially deal unlimited dmg I feel that the disciple/wall/marauder version is better because it doesn't succumb to graveyard hate such as planar void and leyline and can also potentially go-off on an opponent's turn when hes tapped out or so correct? and how would flash fair against other combo/beat-down/lock-down decks?
