If i had a Reveillark on the field and my opponent uses mirrorweave on it and destroys his creatures, does that player get to return creatures from his grave to play?

Yes, all the Reveillarks will trigger. Leaves-play triggers check right before the event to see if there is something to trigger, so at that time they are Reveillarks.

They stop being Reveillarks as soon as they are in the graveyard, so if they have power two or less they can even return themselves.
