Can you conspire more than once? I had someone telling me that Burn Trail would be great as a 2 of in my deck for block constructed and I was like "ya I can pretty much see that doing 6 damage every time" but they explain it to me like it was almost a storm effect, so if I had 6 creatures on the board I'd be able to conspire 3 times and copy the spell for 12 damage.
Is that right? |

| You can only conspire once. (As you play this spell, you may tap two untapped creatures you control that share a color with it. When you do, copy it and you may choose a new target for the copy.) Conspire works as you play the spell. You don't play a copied spell, it gets copied onto the stack, so you never have the chance to conspire. |

ZW was pretty close.
However, you can actually conspire it once for each instance of conspire a spell has. For example, if you had a Wort, the Raidmother out and played a burn trail you could conspire it twice if you had 4 untapped red creatures. |

| When you conspire a spell, the copy goes directly to the stack, so you have no chance to conspire it. The original can be copied for each instance of conspire, like animefan said. |
