What is the casting cost on that?
Unless it costs 1-2, I don't see it being used.

Since we were talking about a midrange version, what if we reverted back to the pre-darksteel version, and used a Blue Version?

H Recall and Kataki don't hurt this version nearly as much.
I know this list isn't very good, BUT, I think with some work, a Broodstar-Affinity deck could be quite powerful.

Needs more draw and more removal though.

P Prism is amazing against recall, lets you recover very well.
