| Can anyone give me an idea for a black-blue library depletion deck, that has Ravnica Block cards, 9th edition cards, and cold snap cards. It must also have Debtors' Knell in its set-up for a colorful touch. |

well glimpse is a must if u wanna mill
ummmm lets
tunnel vision go for 1 of their or 2 or 3 ofs
tunnel vision being really good against HB cuz they have 1 ofs u can throw vision at
however if they havent comboed by turn 6 theyve probly lost anyway
traumatize is always good rippin half their threats
and twincast with any of the previous cards is still good |

| thoughtpicker witch, jesters scepter, twincast, dampen thought, tunnel vision, glimpse the unthinkable, surround all that w/ cards like mana leak, hinder, telling time, runesnag, evacuation and exhaustion. Not the best strategy but it could function |

| Actually, with regards to Tunnel Vision, if I name a card that his deck doesn't have, will I mill the entire deck? |
