| The new team season begins today. With this new season, the infamous "12 hour rule" has been removed. The original intent of the rule was to prevent teams from having a large collection of players and changing the official roster right before large tournaments. Since departing players take points with them, there is no longer an incentive to do so. Thus, the Magic-League staff decided to remove the rule. Now is the perfect time to optimize your team roster and get ready for the competitive team months ahead. However, Asteka won this season (again) by ~50 points. Not that large a margin, but the multiple-season win streak is impressive. |
