MLAnti Guide

This page contains information for Magic-League's anti-cheat program called MLAnti ®. This program may be required for you to download if an official league judge asks you to. You can get the executable file by clicking here (Right Click - Save as)

Overview

It is a small, ( <70k ), program that effectively detects Apprentice cheat programs running on the suspected player's computer. The way it works is very simple. All you need to do is download the program from the link given above, and run it. No need for instance keys etc.
The program then will then check your computer for cheating software and will send a message to the magic-league site, with some data concerning the scan.
If cheating software has been found, a message will appear in apprentice and that message can be checked vs the data sent to magic-league.
The program only scans for cheating software, so no other data will be sent than the bare necesary data to determine if a player has been cheating or not.
