You can download updated master bases and themes from slightlymagic.net.

Magic Workstation is a play application which can be seen as a mixture of Apprentice, Magic Online and Magic Suitcase. Magic Workstation has a lot of options and therefore it's a bit harder to get used to than Apprentice, but once you are used to it, Magic Workstation is really better.
