Elfandor
Name: Jonathan
Location: Germany
Sealed record: 4-0
Standard: 1-0-2
What do you think about the m10 rules change?: They are crap, I like to use combat tricks
What Cards will have the most impact from m10?: Honor of Pride and Lightning Bolt
Do You Like Split Format Masters?: Yes, I really like limited. Seale- only Master with Top 8 draft were a dream
Anyone you would like to give a shout out to?: Blitzzkrieg is the best team!!

Ovmlcabrera
Name: Omar victor manuel lopez cabrera
Age: 21
Location: Argentina
What do you think about m10 rules changes: i want to play with damage on stack :( , WotC destroy limited
Did you enjoy the split format?: It is very nice
Any shoutouts?:  Thanx to matais rodriuez, figazin , tiky , checho helping me test

Gerr
Name: Frantisek Kotas
Age: 26
Location: Brno, Czech Republic
Sealed record: 4-0
Standard Record: 2-1
What do you think about m10 rules changes: Don't like mana burn removal for flavor reasons and stack damage removal/blockers stacking for gameplay reasons.
What cards have an impact from m10: Lightning Bolt, Ball Lightning, 3/4 Gargoyle land
Did you enjoy the split format?:  Yes, very much. I'm more a limited than T2 player and Sealed deck is my favourite format as well.
Any shoutouts? :  Mistakenly turned in 42 sealed deck. Also, come to GP Prague in September.

DARKING
Name: Eduardo Tavitas
Age: 21
Location: Monterrey city, in Mexico
Sealed record: 4-0-0
Standard Record: 1-0-2
What do you think about m10 rules changes: Other than the removing of damage on the stack, they are great. Exile just sound so flavorfull <3
What cards have an impact from m10: Wrath of God is gone, wich is significant. Seeing the current spoiler, White Weenie could be viable, specially with the new crusade.
Did you enjoy the split format: Yes. Now that it is split, I can perform an excellent record in one format and not have to be that perfect on the other.
Any shoutouts?: Just to thanks my current team, The Holy Empire, and the great judge staff we have ;D

IvanDano
Name: Ivan Avendano
Age: 23
Location: Guttenberg, NJ
Sealed record: 3-1-0
Standard Record: 2-1-0
What do you think about m10 rules changes: I like the mulligan rule. I think that was well deserved for a long time and the changes to make Magic more "magical" lol...I do not like the fact that spectators can now get themselves involved or the combat changes
What cards have an impact from m10: I think that Elvish Archdruid will be huge and I am a big fan of big play Elf decks in the past...I expect to see that get plenty of play and so will Silence...
Did you enjoy the split format: I think the split format was a great idea but maybe it should have been 4 rounds of standard and 3 rounds of sealed. more surprise that way...

CelbD
Name: Caleb Durward
Age: 21
Location: US of A, Wisconsin
Sealed record: 3-1
Standard Record: 2-0-1
What do you think about m10 rules changes: M10 rules changes are fine, except for combat. That's going to suck.
What cards have an impact from m10: Reprinting Duress/Bolt matters, especially for Extended(T1.x)
Did you enjoy the split format: Yeah, split format kicks ass.
Any shoutouts?: Shoutout to my friends that just showed up, so I'm going to have to leave. Guess someone gets a free win! =P

Seems like everyone liked the split format.

by DS_McWerp on 2009-06-29 06:55 EST

No one know who you are colucci. Damn italians...

I think the split format should have more rounds of whatever is used in top 8. Darking top 8ing off of essentially sealed alone and then playing T2 in top 8 is odd.

4-4 split woulda been best, but with seven rounds i think 3 sealed and 4 cons would be better if top 8 is cons, or vice versa.

Gratz to Darking.

by RiQuSP on 2009-06-29 07:13 EST

I agree, too many people t8'ed just on their sealed pools.

And Darking's deck for T2 = fail

by Tidus- on 2009-06-29 08:27 EST

If you get the nut draws 100% of the time then it doesnt matter how bad the deck is...
As long as your playing mistbind and blossom

Congrats to Darking you are good *Sigh*

by DARKING on 2009-06-29 09:38 EST

What's wrong with my deck? :/
It is a perfect viable deck for the current format.

how did this master run split?>

by Malakai97 on 2009-06-30 02:19 EST

Counting top 8, it was 4 rounds sealed 6 rounds T2. I think that's fine...

by SchwipSchwap on 2009-06-30 11:33 EST

Will there be feature match reports for this master again? :o)
