<bushh> I did build some decks after I knew I am invited, do a bit testing, didnt like it, then stop for a while to test T2
<bushh> then last night I just cram all the goodstuff in naya and jund altogether
<DARKING> How did you qualify for the Invitational?
<bushh> back to back trial wins and runner up :)
<DARKING> Should there be more Invitationals/multiformat Masters?
<bushh> yeah it is really nice to have multiformats, I think every masters should be multiformats, as its the pro tour of ML
<bushh> or at least GP :P
<DARKING> What deck did you play and why?
<bushh> 4 color goodstuff, because all the good cards are in naya and jund
<DARKING> Do you like the Shards of Alara Block Constructed format?
<bushh> nah it sucks as the metagame is only in the 4 colors i mentioned earlier. We need blue !
<DARKING> Any other Magic achievements, both online and in real life?
<bushh> top 8 ML masters twice with this one, several trial top 4's, irl 2x top 8 GPT

<DARKING> Did you prepare for this Invitational, and if so how?
<wilier> No. Yesterday I played the PTQ austin and me and some friends talk about this. I decid to play what they suggest me. I did it, but with my personal changes. Was the first time that i played the deck.
<DARKING> How did you qualify for the Invitational?
<wilier> This month I win a T2 trial and toped 2 in another one.
<DARKING> Should there be more Invitationals/multiformat Masters?
<wilier> For sure. They are pretty cool. Really good organized. However ML needs more transparency.
<DARKING> Transparency?
<wilier> yeah on the pairings for sure. Things that im thinking about Portuguese player's and ML.
<DARKING> What deck did you play and why?
<wilier> 4c aggro, like i said was the oppinion of some good friend, thanks to Flaxh and TugaChampion.
<DARKING> Do you like the Shards of Alara Block Constructed format?
<wilier> Oh yeah. Pretty interesting. Nothing like TS block but, well, much better then Lorwin I think.
<DARKING> Any other Magic achievements, both online and in real life?
<wilier> I just started played competitive mtg this year. However online i just: win one t2 trial and toped 2 in another.
<wilier> In real life
<wilier> This year im qualified for portugues national, by toped 2 in a Regional (Linda-a-Velha, Lisbon)

<wilier> Just to thanks to ML for this invitanional and one thanks to all of my friends that test with me: GGBizz, Flaxh, TugaChampion and almost all other #portugal player's (zu <3)

<DS_McWerp> I played a bad deck in minis today and yesterday, and then changed one land, and played that same bad deck in the master
<DARKING> How did you qualify for the Invitational?
<DS_McWerp> Other Rating
<DARKING> Should there be more Invitationals/multiformat Masters?
<DS_McWerp> I dunno, Its fun every once and a while, buts its cool to see the best cons decks battle it out in top 8. I think it works better in the pro tour where they have day 1 cons, day 2 lim, day 3 cons top 8
<DARKING> What deck did you play and why?
<DS_McWerp> ProBear.dec. Its pretty good vs jund, and some draws are pretty unbeatable. The mana is just atrocious tho if your Orchard are stuck in the wrong colours.
<DARKING> Do you like the Shards of Alara Block Constructed format?
<DS_McWerp> I think with a little more time and metagaming it will get better. As it is everyone plays jund/cascade control and thats boring. Hopefully the pros will spice the format up next weekend.
<DARKING> Any other Magic achievements, both online and in real life?
<DS_McWerp> 2nd in master before, won a couple trials. Other than that zilch.

<DS_McWerp> Sorry to holiecows.

<DS_McWerp> Cuz I beat him out on second tiebreakers for 8th
<DS_McWerp> and then lost in top 8

<Elfandor> top 5 limited and i win a sealed trail

<Elfandor> I play a Sphinx-control deck with outlander main. The reason i played the deck is it has very good matchup against jund

<Zoom[Zoom]> Nope. I play this tournament for fun. I like Extended more then Block/

<Mammonth> i've tested some decks (esper, grixis), but all of them have bad macth-up with cascade deck. So i decided just to play the best deck in this format
<DARKING> Wich is cascade?
<Mammonth> cascade is 4c deck based on cascade mechanic (bloodbraid elf, bituminuos blast, enlisted wurm)
<Mammonth> i played with it
<DARKING> How did you qualify for the Invitational?
<Mammonth> i qualified throu constructed ratings, 38th

<Mammonth> yes, sure! i think it is more interesting than usual master

<Mammonth> i think no. Extended and Legacy are more interesting

Flaxh: While he can of course answer for himself, I'd wager he simply doesn't feel like traveling right now. Maybe he's focusing on his studies or something.
