Magic-League Banner Contest - Magic: the Gathering article

Got some skills with Photoshop, GIMP, or maybe even Paint? We're inviting anyone to join in to compete in a contest to replace Magic-League's old home page banner.

You'll have a month to create this banner, and then it will be judged by select members of the staff, and myself.

(or just hit me(EarthPunk) up on IRC and give me the link)

The winner will obviously get their banner displayed on the home-page, will get a bunch of smiles from the staff, and if you're in America I'll send you a little something magic-related for your troubles, and if you're not in America, just hit me up on mIRC and I'll do something for you.

Nevertheless, the contest is pretty open-ended, but here are the few requirements.

500 x 100 in pixels.
Must visibly say Magic-League, (you may also put your name in a corner or something)
No illegally used (copyrighted) material may be used in your banner.

Winners will be announced on October 24th, 2009

Post here and I'll try to answer any questions. No I won't tell you if I like your banner, I'm saving it for judging. Ask other people, and yourself.

You may submit as many banner ideas as you wish.
